  1. 2017 SME DIGITAL AWARDS NOMINATIONS SUBMISSION TEMPLATE

  2. ENTRY GUIDELINES & DEADLINE The deadline for campaign submission is March 10, 2017. 1. Fill out the entry form online and include all requested information and materials using this PowerPoint template, the look & feel can be branded according to the submission. If selected as a finalist for the shortlist, you should submit an additional 2 minutes video to be used at the SME Digital Forum. 2. Keep in mind that an International Jury will be selecting the 2017 winners. A Local Jury will select the shortlist. 3. The submitted entry package will be used for judging purposes, make sure images and videos are imported into the document. Do not include the 2 minutes video on the PowerPoint presentation, only ads or content related to the case. 4. Participants should highlight what were the promotion s or campaign goals, timing, strategy and results. Strongly Suggested: provide screen shots of third party analytics reports. 5. Participating campaigns or projects can only compete in up to 3 categories. Each category must have a different PowerPoint presentation emphasizing the execution and results for each category. 6. Participations must be submitted online at: digital.smepr.org or via email: eventos@smepr.org 7. The SME s Digital Committee reserves the right to disqualify incomplete applications. Both the Local and International Jury reserve the right to reassign a submission s category if needed. 8. Campaign submissions can be in English or Spanish and should not exceed 25 slides. 9. Refer to SME Digital Awards Rules & Procedures for all the details regarding nominations.
