  3. Look at the pictures and answer these questions Challenge 1: 1. At what time does football training start? Write your answer using 24-hour clock time. 2. At what time did the match start? Write your answer in 3 different ways. 3. At what time does half time begin? Write your answer in 3 different ways. 4. For how long are the children playing in the match? 5. At what time was the final whistle blown?

The Time Travel Watch works by entering how many hours and minutes you want to travel into the past or future. What should Sam enter into the watch to go back 5 minutes before the winning goal was scored? 7. What should Sam enter to go back to the start of the training so that he can practice saving goals? 8. What should Sam enter to go back to the beginning of the second half so that he can prepare himself for saving the goal? 9. Two minutes after the story finished Sam dropped the Time Travel Watch . Buttons got pressed and he travelled forwards in time to 21:13. How many hours and minutes were entered? 10. Imagine that it is 15:30. Write down 5 earlier times and 5 later times. Work out what you would need to enter into the Time Travel Watch to take you to your times.
