Space Domain Governance ESA major player in Galileo, Copernicus, and Govsatcom to come, owned by the EU, in which governance isssues are key Scenarios for improved governance may be in need. Possibility to involve UCL to challenge proposed scenarios 3
Space Domain Space Security Europe has gained autonomy in EO, Launching capabilities, satcoms, and space-based PNT Next logical step: autonomous SSA through SST means and be part of the ground rules for future STM UCL can contribute to scenarios studies 4
