  10. Timely Initial Evaluation Reporting Timely Initial Evaluation Reporting Does this student already attend your district? Is the student eligible for services? Depending on the answer, reporting expectations will be different.

  11. Timely Initial Evaluation (Scenario 1A) Timely Initial Evaluation (Scenario 1A) Student is referred for special education evaluation. Does this student already attend your district? Yes - you will already have a WISEid and enrollment in WISEdata. Report Initial Eval record to WISEdata from your SPED SIS. Is the student eligible for services? Scenario 1A: Yes! IEP is created and a sSEPA record is reported to WISEdata.

Yes - you will already have a WISEid and enrollment in WISEdata. Report Initial Eval record to WISEdata from your SPED SIS. Is the student eligible for services? Scenario 1B: No. No further reporting is needed.

No - student needs a WISEid and a SEORA record reported from your Primary SIS. Report Initial Eval record to WISEdata from your SPED SIS. Is the student eligible for services? Scenario 2A: Yes! SEORA is exited and an enrollment record is submitted by your Primary SIS. IEP is created and a sSEPA record is reported to WISEdata.
