THEORETICAL BACKGROUND PRAGMATIC SPEECH ACT TYPES OF SPEECH ACT Pragmatic is a relationship between language and context that explain the basic understanding of pragmatic language (Sintamutiani, Fitriani, Inayah, 2019). Theory of speech act that has presented by J.L Austin (How to Do Things with Words, 1962), and it was further established by J.R Searle (1969). According Searle, there are five types of illocutionary act that are clarified as: 1. Representative 2. Expressive 3. Directive 4. Commissive 5. Declarative.

RESEARCH METHOD Data Source Research Method 1. Use qualitative method. 2. Categorize the design of the research into a case study 1. The data source was taken from YouTube entitled Catatan Najwa Shihab "Susahnya Jadi Perempuan" episode. 2. The video data was downloaded from the link https://youtu.be/0hO_xJuUVPI, and the script data was downloaded from the link https://anthiago.com/transkrip/ on 04, January 2022.

Data Analysis Organize and prepare the data for analysis. Read or look at all the data Start coding all of the data Use the coding process to generate a description of the setting or people as well as categories or themes for analysis. A final step in data analysis involves making an interpretation in qualitative research of the findings or results.

Discussion 1. There were 285 utterances speech act found which belonged to three types of speech act namely representative, expressive, and directive. 2. The most dominant of types of speech act is representative 68% (182 out of 285). 3. The second dominant of types of speech act is directive 29% (82 out of 285). 4. The last dominant types of speech act is expressive 7% (21 out of 285).

Conclusion Since the most occurrences types of speech act found is representative, it can be concluded that representative is the utterances are produced based on the speaker s observation of certain things then followed by stating the fact or opinion based on the observation. This is accordance with the main purpose of Najwa Shihab Youtube channel that has also give some knowledge. Catatan Najwa Shihab contain Najwa Shihab reflections discussed issues in the program with the distinctive rhyming style, reveals facts, tickles with satire, strikes a chord, sometimes as an invitation to reflect.
