  3. PROJECT BACKGROUND WHO: Property Owners WHAT: Asphalt Paving, Ditching, Culverts WHEN: Summer 2020 WHERE: Stage Road (from Bleier Road to Otto Road) WHY: Improve Drainage And Pavement Surface

  4. WHO & WHERE Residents along Stage Road

  5. WHAT Remove stumps along roadway to construct ditches Pulverize and grade the existing roadway

  6. WHAT Restore project site with topsoil, seed and fertilizer Pave with new asphalt

  7. WHEN The project is expected to start in the Summer of 2020 Expected to be completed by August 2020 Exact dates are not known as the project has not been bid out, construction dates will be determined by Contractor. Estimated construction time is approximately 1 month.

  8. WHY Roadway is severely deteriorated Project will improve ride quality and safety Provide drainage on south side of the road Prevents standing water on roadway Add gravel shoulders Additional safety, roadway performance Reduce amount of ice and moisture on the road during winter

  9. MISCELLANEOUS Mail and garbage/recycling will continue as normal Access during construction may be limited, but will be provided at most times. Contractor will be required to notify residents when access will be restricted or not allowed. Road will be closed to thru traffic Driveways will be replaced to match existing material
