FprEN 16354 - Laminate floor coverings - Underlays - Specification, requirements and test methods revised - is out for FV closing date: 2018-05-03 2. CEN/TC 134 WG10 harmonised matters Dangerous substances If any of the substances or groups of them listed in Table 4 are known to not be present in the product, as assessed by manufacturer declaration and based on supplier declarations for raw materials or constituent products used for the manufacturing of the floor covering product, then the performance shall be expressed as 'compliant, not actively added'.
