Ticketing Tickets should be purchased online www.mshsl.org/tickets Wednesday/Thursday Prices: $13/Adults $8/Students Tickets must be presented on a smart phone at the gate
State Tournament: Apparel Onsite Sold on onsite o Wednesday-All Sites o Saturday-Target Field Purchase early for best selection **Cashless (Credit or Debit Cards) Online (http://mshsl.signatureconcepts.shop/) Apparel can be viewed online prior to the tournament Purchasing is scheduled to go live mid-tournament Will include a shipping fee Available until 11:59 p.m. Tuesday following tournament
State Tournament: Streaming Streaming All games will be streamed via NSPN.TV Subscription required: $10/Month, $30/Year
State Tournament: Media All media must apply for a credential with the League and be approved Student and School Media: AD must apply for a credential and receive approval Up to: 2 Students: Must have a school email 1 Faculty Advisor : Must have a school email and must be onsite with students. May not have another tournament role. Student Media may not be a manager and vice versa Media information is on MSHSL website under Who are you? - Media Deadline for application is 7 p.m. Tuesday
Spectator Photography Spectators may bring cameras, including cell phones, that are basic point and shoot, consumer-grade cameras without detachable lenses. Accessories such as monopods, selfie sticks, tripods, GoPro mounts and other attachments are not allowed. Spectator photography locations are limited to the spectator seating area. Spectators must be respectful of and not impede other spectators while photographing the event.
Timeline Prep Series Championship -- Target Field Qualifying Teams Meeting: Friday, June 13 - 9 am
Venues St. Cloud A and AA : Bring your own water containers. They can fill them there. Sartell & Sauk Rapids: Bring your own water containers. You can fill them at the field. Jordan and Chaska AAA: Water coolers will be provided. CHS Field AAAA: Water coolers will be provided. No cleats during warm-ups. Palm Field: Bring your own water containers. You can fill them at the field. **There is not a banquet for the baseball state tournament**
Participation Guide Official Squad - Only the following allowed in the dugout or on the field 20 student-athletes 3 coaches on the bench, 2 managers 1 additional administrative representative (can serve as pitch count recorder) No one else should enter on your bus. Higher Seed will be the home team No speakers on the field or in the dugout at anytime Bag tags for students will be provided at the QF game A Wilson ball bucket will be provided to each team Clean your dugouts no sunflower seeds

Ineligible Athletes BYLAW 206 d) During the League Tournament Series (Subsection, Section and State Tournament): A student athlete who is ejected from a game, meet or individual competition shall not participate in a game, meet or individual round of competition for the remainder of that day. The student is also suspended from the next scheduled round of team or individual competition in that tournament series. A student must be fully eligible under all local school district policies, MSHSL Bylaws and Rules and Policies to be in uniform, occupy the bench or playing area, participate and receive individual/team awards, including all-tournament honors, in the awards ceremony
Participation Guide ADMIN REPS/SPECTATOR REPS Admin/Spectator Reps- 4-Comp Tickets/School (These will come via email on Monday) Please NOTE for AD s Each school is responsible for the proper conduct of team members and spectators. The school administrator Representing your school is expected to report to the tournament director at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start of your game to review any security procedures needed
