August 2017 October 2017 1st draft of Proposed Rule written by DOE and provided to Board staff DOE and Board staff held meetings to discuss draft of Proposed Rule Board member initiated input incorporated into draft 3. November 2017 Board staff circulated draft of Proposed Rule to Board members Additional Board member feedback requested & incorporated 4. High School On-Track 10% of Overall Grade Grades 9 through 12 10 Credits after first year No more than 1 F in core subject

Indicator cannot be a restatement of Graduation Rate 4. Phase out in 2023 when Graduation Pathways implemented fully 5. 25% statewide goal too low Incorporate Graduation Pathways
