  1. KS3 PE Lets Get Moving!

  2. Change 4 Life suggestions we exercise 5 times a week for 30mins. Physical Activity This may seem difficult at this time due to not being allowed outside as much, however do not worry we have some ideas!

  3. Each week we will upload a power point presentation with workouts/exercise that you should complete. All you will need is yourself and sometimes access to a smartphone/ computer/ TV. We will ask you to complete a fitness diary, you will need to fill in 3 of your workouts that week. This can be found on the website. PE Lessons There will also be a challenge set each week, record your scores in the diary!

These can be done at any time: Keepie uppies HULA HOOP Obstacle course Dance (Just Dance or Tiktok) Hallway Bowling (fill up bottles with water and sue them as skittles) Other Activities Headstands Trampolining Stair climbing Skipping rope The plank Balloon volleyball Play tag in the garden Walking/running

  6. Keep Safe and Keep Sane Keep safe and be careful but try and do exercise on a daily basis as this will help your mental health.
