  2. School 3-year Secondary Academic School: ages 15-18, 1150 pupils, 70 teachers

  3. School Status School Status All schools in Sweden (private and schools run by the community) are funded by the state in the same way. Every student automatically brings a sum of money to each school. School fees are not allowed.

  4. School branches Prescribed Curriculum for each branch of the school, the branches being: Natural sciences Natural sciences with entrepreneurship Natural sciences with drama, music or arts Economics Economics with entrepreneurship Law Civics Preparatory classes for young immigrants

  5. School Focus School Focus Selection of pupils by grades Come from the whole area of greater Stockholm Permanent class groups exept for foreign languages other than English

  6. Free school lunch Dining Halls, Meals cooked on location

  7. Travel programs Language exchanges Erasmus project Individual exchange program for students (and for teachers as well!) Cultural and educational trips

  8. Typical teacher schedule teachers must have master s degree in 2 subjects, exam from teachers training university and a special ID-card Each teacher has to negociate her / his salary Career possibilities

  9. Typical class schedule (year 2) lessons between 8:15 and 16:45 Course system with grades in every course , not graded in subjects
