Summit Background Objectives: Reach consensus on current state-of- practice issues relative to theTSM&O workforce (agencies, private sector, academia) and challenges faced. Define strategic direction/actions for advancing TSM&O workforce objectives for NOCoE s sponsors (AASHTO, ITE, ITSA and FHWA) and stakeholders public and private.
