Mission Statement & Objective Mission Statement Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. develops leaders, promotes brotherhood and academic excellence, while providing service and advocacy for our communities. Objective To stimulate the ambition of its member to the cause of humanity, freedom and dignity of the individual; to encourage the highest and noblest form of manhood, and to aid downtrodden humanity in its efforts to achieve higher social economic and intellectual status.

Strategic Plan A strategic plan is a document used to communicate with the organization and others the organizations goals and the actions needed to achieve those goals. It should aim at creating systemic growth for the organization.
State of Affairs What is the state of affairs for Kappa Chi Lambda? Where will the chapter be in 6 months, 1 year or 3 years? Should the chapter be planning for growth? Are we financially solvent? Do we want to purchase a multi-purpose building?
