Education o The country has only 65.9 percent literacy rate o Urban people have higher education than rural area
Existing policies o The National Broadband Policy, 2071 o Information and Technology policy, 2071 o Policies somehow lack to address for wider and rapid change need particularly in rural area
Recommended Strategies o ICT volunteer networks should be formed o Training and deployment of government staffs for internet skill o Establishing and upgrading community ICT learning centers
ICT volunteer networks o Success stories of ICT volunteers worldwide o Indonesia deployed more than 6000 ICT volunteers across 34 provinces o Networks building from high school pass outs and other youth
Deploying government staffs o Country have 292,845 teachers o more than 5000 health service centers o Cost effective way
Community ICT Learning Center o 13 years of experience of having community Tele Centers o 525 Tele Centers currently are in function o Outdated technologies, upgrade is required o Building new o Learning centric Tele Center
