
Streamlining ODE Material Submission Organization for Efficient Review
Enhance the review process for materials submitted to the Oregon Department of Education by organizing them into folders for each Section 1-9, with subfolders for each item. This systematic approach not only facilitates ODE staff in reviewing efficiently but also minimizes queries and information requests from districts. Organization for Materials to Submit When materials are submitted, organized by folders for each Section 1-9, with subfolders for each item, it is not only easier for ODE staff to review, but it also ensures efficiency and accuracy during the review process, resulting in less questions for the district, or requests for additional information.
