ACTIVIST/BOARD ACTIVIST/BOARD LDK LDK Self-learning okay LDK A material approved by Adviser H-7 Proposal (approved H-21) Do a Pre-test, Post-test, & Monitoring of Participants Invite on day H: Committee, Participants, Advisers LPJ (approved H+30)
ACTIVIST ACTIVIST LDK Explanation (1) LDK Held especially for those who have not done Activist LDK or want to make an Equivalent Activist LDK. Submit the activity proposal (for those who have not done it) to scribees with theprovision still of H-21 days. For proposals that have been pre-approved, a re-design should still be sent if you want to change the date of implementation. There should be a minimum of 3 LDK materials (there should be at least a session about each OK, 2 other materials about the individual OK needs). Each session should have a duration of 100 minutes (including material, discussion, etc.). The LDK A complete materials (such as: PowerPoint) should be approved by SOA at least H-7 days before being implemented. Invite SOA when doing LDK A (optional).
ACTIVIST ACTIVIST LDK Explanation (2) LDK The participants have already joined LKMM BASIC (PRIME & COMMET). The participants have done self-learning (read the material from the committee). The committee sends the material to the participants at least H-3 days before being implemented. The committee should observe the presence of the participants by doing a Pre-test and a Post-test. The Pre-test is done at the beginning of the session, and the Post-test is done at the end of the session. The participants must do both of them. The results of the participants Pre-test and Post-test are included as one of the materials of LPJ. The committee observes the participants activeness as one of the evaluation aspects (such as by asking the participants to give comments, giving them tasks, etc.). Make LPJ after LDK is finished (including: present a screen shot of the implementation, the participants who are present, the material, etc.).
PROSPECTIVE MANAGEMENT PROSPECTIVE MANAGEMENT LDK LDK Prospective Management LDK participants must have already joined Activist LDK and LKMM BASIC (PRIME and COMMET). For participants who have already joined LDK A but have not joined LKMM BASIC, they should join LKMM BASIC first. The conditions for the other technical implementations are the same as Activist LDK.
BENCHMARKING BENCHMARKING Benchmarking must be done by the same/similar institution/organization which has the same or higher qualifications for internal members. It can be done online with a partner (such as: via a video conference, etc.). It can be done with a project report (searching for information about the benchmarking organization target from various sources, including: the Internet, etc.). The proposal should be approved 2 months before the event. The LPJ content should be adjusted with the template in scribees.
COMMUNITY SERVICE COMMUNITY SERVICE (PkM) Activities can be done online (if they would like to be held before August 2020). An activity which can be done is by making an online campaign about an activity which has an effect on society, such as: a public service announcement, etc. If an activity wants to obtain community service hours, it must coordinate with Comdev TFI, but if it is only for SAT points, then you can just coordinate with SCAC. The video duration is between 3-5 minutes. Make a report (LPJ): media campaign (+ content, scrip, explanation).
