Data Collection Process for April 1st Deadline ERCOT is using a combination of DocuSign and RIOO to collect ride- through, extension, and exemption information for the April 1, 2025 deadline. DocuSign RIOO Projects in the interconnection queue wishing to request an exemption or extension, must provide an attachment in RIOO Resources that are commissioned, in the commissioning process, or have an approved Production Load Date will receive a DocuSign email 2 PUBLIC
Who Must Submit the GIM Template? The Generation Interconnection or Modification (GIM) template should be completed only for projects in the interconnection queue which: 1. Wish to request an extension or exemption 2. Represent the addition of Generation Resources or Energy Storage Resources Not Settlement Only Generation 3. Represent the addition of transmission-connected IBRs or WGRs 4. Do not have an approved Production Load Date The completed GIM template and associated files must be submitted within the RIOO application by midnight on April 1, 2025 3 PUBLIC

Complete the GIM Template Responses can only be provided in specific locations Files cannot be attached within the Word document. Instead, they are referenced by file name. 5 PUBLIC
