A Mentee seeks to enter a different industry Establish indicators of success and measure progress: Ex. Identify obstacles to entry and solutions; create an Informal action plan. A more experienced professional shares general insights Ex. A Mentor describes her approach to dealing with into career development and working life: change in her organization successfully. 5

Where? Primary method of communication? What are the goals of our relationship? How will we know when we ve reached them? If a meeting gets cancelled, who is responsible for rescheduling? What information is and is not confidential? 9
