Provide cost estimate and accept payments for utility scope of work within the erection period CEB/LECO to proactively have material procured/allocated to carry out utility scope of work upon completion of the installation Acceptable timeline for testing for Harmonics & performance

  4. Domestic Sector Consumers - Net Metering & Net Accounting Schemes Uniformity of documentation & procedures across all regions of CEB & LECO Allow higher capacity inverters be installed for future capacity increase
