Issue Issue: There was concern over accountability posting DMS messages when using a single user login for RCA. DMS messages would potentially show as only being from the single user assigned to the district. Proposed solution There is a username on the message object used by the system separate from the user that made the request. When sending requests via RCA, the username on the request would be the RCA username, but the username on the message would be the operator username. 3 SunGuide Software Users Group 1/30/20

Issue and Proposed Enhancement Issue: Restarting the NTCIP CCTV driver with too many in service cameras will cause the driver to stop working. This can also be randomly triggered by reaching a threshold of too many in service cameras while the driver is already running. The problem appears to be Java requesting threads on a Windows platform. Proposed Enhancement Migrate the driver from using Java to C#. The amount of hours to rewrite is about the same as it would be to investigate a solution. Any solution would be temporary, and could resurface if enough cameras are added. Also, Java is becoming a paid/licensed platform and we are looking to migrate to C# anyways. 6 SunGuide Software Users Group 1/30/20

Issue and Proposed Enhancement Issue: Some districts have multiple organizations managing events. When creating an event, the managing organization is automatically selected by EM and may have to be manually corrected by an operator. Proposed Enhancement Add an additional option to the Add New Event window to allow selecting the managing organization New option would default to selecting an organization in the same way EM does now. Also there is a separate proposed enhancement for associating users with organizations to auto-select this field. 12 SunGuide Software Users Group 1/30/20
