A specific retirement date is cited in the announcement, or other timing information is given that indicates the unit will be unavailable as of June 1 of a CDR Reporting Year. b. The announcement, with follow-up inquiry by ERCOT, indicates that there are no unresolved contractual, legal or financial issues that make the retirement timing highly speculative. 3 PUBLIC
