Support Step 1 1. Schools should utilize the SIS Online Community, trainings, and resources as the primary method for accessing support related to student information, setup, and troubleshooting. If an issue is encountered, you first want to go to Infinite Campus Issue Campus Community Knowledge Base Once there, you can search for the issue you have and review Trainings and Documentation Review In many cases, you can find a solution to your issue! If you re still having trouble, reach out to Send a question to a group of experienced CO IC users. CSIS Listserve
Support Step 2 2. Each SIS vendor provides troubleshooting support through a ticketing system if the available resources do not address the specific issue you are experiencing Submit a ticket to PowerSchool's Online Ticketing System No documentation available through vendor Infinite Campus Issue
Support Step 3 3. Additional CSI has posted several SIS resources in the CSI Data Submissions Library to address common questions or challenges related to state reporting. CSI SIS Support Page: https://resources.csi.state.co.us/student-information-systems/
Support Step 4 3. Finally, schools can reach out to the CSI Data Submissions team with SIS questions related to state reporting. Note: System wide issues will also be listed in the Weekly Progress Update email. Reach out to the CSI Submissions Inbox at: submissions_csi@csi.state.co.us
SIS System Setup Audit CSI will conduct the beginning of the year system setup audits in August. Calendars, Terms Bell Schedules Feedback will be provided to schools on areas that may need to be updated. Attendance Discipline
