Potential Numbers The State Department has created a new program called the Afghan Parolee Support program (APS). Each refugee resettlement agency in Kentucky proposed a number to their national resettlement agency how many Afghan parolees they could potentially assist. Here is a breakdown of the proposed numbers: Louisville up to 350 (150 Catholic Charities-MRS; 200 Kentucky Refugee Ministries) Lexington up to 125 (Kentucky Refugee Ministries) Bowling Green up to 200 (International Center) Owensboro up to 100 (International Center) Kentucky Total up to 775
