NextOp serves hardworking veterans by providing career placement assistance, mentorship, and support for their transition into Houston's energy industry. The organization's vision is to recruit the next generation of veteran business leaders and make Houston the premier city for veterans worldwide. NextOp facilitates the placement process, engages with veterans through outreach initiatives, and ensures successful candidate development and placement within a week. Eligible veterans are encouraged to get involved for further vocational or professional education opportunities post-service.
