  3. BACKGROUND The office of the Deputy Minister visited 8 vulnerable households in the Western Cape province. The houses are in the following areas:

Khayelitsha Destitute couple- Burnt house Renovations and partial demolishing X1 house 4.Delft x1 new house structure Elderly female headed households 5.Gugulethu Elderly headed household burnt house Partial demolition and rebuilding
