Targeted Improvement Plans According to TEC 39.106(e) and TAC 97.1063(i) for each year a campus is assigned an unacceptable performance rating, a campus intervention team (CIT) shall: Continue to work with the campus until the campus satisfies all performance standards Assist in updating a targeted improvement plan to analyze areas of growth and areas that require improvement 2
Targeted Improvement Plans According to TEC 39.106(e-1) and TAC 97.1063(j) with the completion of the plan, the board shall: Conduct a hearing for the purpose of notifying the public of the plan Solicit public comment on the targeted improvement plan Submit the targeted improvement plan to the commissioner for approval 3
