Current Autumn Update 2024 (V2.34) In progress/ Timing: Released for translation 17.10. with 2 weeks time provided Release of Update planned for 4.11. Files should be available for downloads by 5.11. Agenda Point Agenda Point #2: current #2: current FEDAS Update FEDAS Update Content: OOFOS recovery shoes: new footwear PCK under #78 Fitness/ Training/ BB : 3.78.10.1-3 Recovery shoes (Men/Uni // Lad// Chi) Bivvy bags: keep in hiking/ trekking (only), PCK 1.67.91.1-2 in camping inactivated LEKI request/ Trail Running poles Change Travel/ Outdoor Lifestyle back to Travel/ Commuting and re-activate shoe PCKs Not covered (yet) Further harmonization (e.g. examples raised by Federica) decided to keep for when moving to new Website/ Backend Barefoot shoes (on hold) Text review e.g. for Sportstyle

Agenda Point #3/ Update Working Group Relaunch DB/ Backend/ Website PM: Olin/ Further members: Reidar, Olaf Laarhoven (Fashion United), Biljana (Sport 2000), Silvia Objective: simplify backend, optimize processes and relaunch the website when having to migrate to a new system because SharePoint Foundation 2019 has end of life 14.07.2026 Status: workshop to define Scope & Deliverables held on 15./16. of in May 2024 basic decision to proceed received from Board in June 2024 (potentially adapt to results of WG Future of Fedas ) Status proposals Olin Idea is to relaunch next year (2025). Summary/ Decisions taken/ Action Points Working Groups Relaunch DB/ Backend/ Website: offers have been requested an are being worked on. @ Sport2000 (Erika, Biljana): if you find one or two more potential suppliers to ask for an offer, pls let Olin know * PM = project manager (lead)
Agenda Point #4/ ISPO & next meetings + Any other Topics (part 2) ISPO Update/ Discussion: Sport 2000 and Intersport will not be present at the ISPO in December (no stand, only selected people to go) Reservation for meeting room @ Agendis Business Center has been cancelled Presence at ISPO up to discussion Next Future of Fedas meeting planned for 25th of October (this Friday, had to be moved again), where a potential presence @ ISPO was also planned to be talked about Suggestion: TF meeting in December online + alternative F2F meeting either in Mainhausen or Heilbronn was suggested either December, or maybe also January 2025 TBD, what s your POV? to the ISPO itself Agreement, that this is a big step and sign, also rgd the future of the ISPO. Olaf will now also not plan to come. It was suggested that in future we use the Sport 2000 and/or Intersport fairs taking place regularly throughout the year to plan future face to face meetings as well as a presence of sgidho with the FEDAS, e.g. in 2025, also depending on current topics that need to be worked on (working groups, etc.) TBD also at the next Future of FEDAS WG meeting planned for 25th of October Action Point: Olin/ Silvia to suggest a meeting plan for next year Action Point: next TF meeting will remain online, as planned, for 10th of December Summary/ Decisions taken/ Action Points ISPO & next meetings Sport 2000 have sent an official letter about the decision not be present at the IPSO to its retailers and Any other topics: ?
