  3. Current Manufacturer/ Retailer Requests 1. Hockey The request to have an own activity for Hockey/ Indoor Hockey was agreed at last TF meeting & more detailed discussion was taken offline ( Hockey Working Group w/ Olaf & Simon + Silvia) This led to further reviewing hockey types & how/ where currently covered by the FEDAS/ what further changes may be needed Next Steps: working group works on further details & collects feedback also from other experts Open Points: Bandy & potentially also Floorball see next slides Current Activities / (Sports) New (Update) - TBD Agenda Point Agenda Point #2: Current #2: Current Manufacturer Manufacturer & Retailer & Retailer Requests Requests # Name # Name Comments Feedback Call 31.1. 38 Floorball/ Fieldhockey 38 Floorball/ Unihockey Unihockey is the same as Floorball, right? Does it make sense to add Inline Hockey/ Roller Hockey here? Or keep resp. add under "Funwheel Sport" - see left. Also: different enough to stay as standalone activity, ore merge? Leave inline/ roller hockey (and street hockey) in funwheel sports. Padel: Request from Ard Blok/ ek-retail: he has received many request to have a separate activity for Padel in the FEDAS Reco: use #23 or #28; and also set up small working group with Ard to work out details for next Update (March/ April 2025; Version 2.35)

And incativated codes cannot be re-sued for 5 (4?) years 3 Main Criteria need to be fulfilled: Manufacturer/ Retailer Perspective Discussion: large number of articles, ideally also special cloting/ footwear Special equipment/ clothing needed? ! + World/ Regional Championship mindgames* Double-check if relevant enough (NB: global perspective!) +? FEDAS Manual (Lead: TBC): define members, continue after relaunch, see above Structure & Processes (Lead: Silvia): ongoing (members, mailing list, communication, statutes, etc.) SGIDHO @ ISPO 2024 incl. PR (Lead: Erika/ Silvia): canceled because of decision of Sport2000 & Intersport to cancel participation at the ISPO

Summary/ Decisions taken/ Action Points AOP: Size Range Concept open action point mentioned: AP: Biljana to collect feedback from team which main problems these are Expert Pool Idea: it was very helpful to have experts to ask for advice when for working groups re-working/ optimizing the FEDAS, e.g. Scott Nelson & Tim Wahnel, Peter Medele for Outdoor (& Peter also for Sportstyle) Simon now for Hockey, Ard for Padel, etc. Reco: maintain/ extend this pool of experts ! Any further ideas for experts? Recap Meeting schedule/ next Meetings: Agreed to keep bi-monthly Task Force (TF) Meeting calls Separate meetings for working groups in smaller teams, e.g. with experts, where/ when needed Potentially meet in person (TF or working group meeting) to work on relevant topics (e.g. in the course of the Update Backend/ DB/ Website project) either in Mainhausen or Heilbronn Sport 2000 dates: February, May, June, November; see also next page// (@'Cesarini, Beniamino': Intersport sports fair dates similar to Sport2000 ones?)? Next TF meeting: Tuesday, 8th of April AOP? Colour Code: information given that 39 FEDAS colour codes exists, that can be used. Expert Pool Idea: - yes, good idea continue activating experts depending on topic e.g. via members (Sport2000/ IS and others) Meetings: - Idea to potentially meet up personally either in Heilbronn (Intersport) or Mainhausen( Sport2000) was picked idea to meet in September in Heilbronn when fair that also covers racket sports takes place - AP: Beni to send IS fair dates for further planning done, see next slide. - Next online TF meeting: April 8th Sept.: Raquet Sports Fair at IS/ Heilbronn
