  2. Agenda Item 4: Assembly Bill 245 and a Climate Survey Sec. 6. NRS 396.1415 is hereby amended to read as follows: 396.1415 1. The Task Force on [Sexual Misconduct] Power-based Violence at Institutions of Higher Education created by NRS 396.141 shall: (a) Review the results of any climate survey on [sexual misconduct] power-based violence administered at an institution within the System; [and] (b) Examine current procedures and protocols for preventing, intervening in or responding to instances of power-based violence that are used at institutions within the System; (c) Identify possible gaps in the services that are available for victims of power-based violence at institutions within the System; (d) Examine the correlation between social groups, campus life and the incidence of power-based violence on the campus of each institution within the System Image Credit: Vecteezy
