  2. Principal Survey Principals assess how well EPP prepared teacher. Collection via online link http://www.doe.in.gov/licensing/principal-survey Access code required Survey Resources at http://www.doe.in.gov/licensing/principal-survey- resources Teacher Survey - Teachers assess preparation received from EPP. Collection within LVIS Completion required in order to renew license

  3. Principal and Survey Data - Provide data for CAEP visits/accreditation CAEP does NOT require correlation study or approval for survey data Incorporated within the matrix Collected from February 1 August 1 annually Data provided annually (November 1, 2016 and by September 1 thereafter)
