Insure Tech, smart contracts and predictive models are just a few examples of change. Technological Advances Operational Efficiency Industry and regulators require better system integration capabilities, improved workflow, reporting and data extract capabilities and analytics. Technological advances are now making this possible. Industry and regulators are increasingly resource constrained. There is a need to move from data entry to analysis. Process opportunities extend beyond technology to improve rate and form filing efficacy to improve product speed to market. Phase 2 to introduce Tableau dashboards just kicked off. For the new platform, work in progress includes Streamlined Compact registration process Module to enter state filing fee rules to enable fee calculation Integration for licensing data Creation of Compact filings Module for state specific field validations Project Update NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF INSURANCE COMMISSIONERS 9

Search will be moved from using the application database to using an OpenSearch Index New fields to search by Document search will be available to all users for single word and phrase searching Stop words will be removed Confidentiality Rating information Supporting Documents A single word search that will search across all items in the index Phase 1 Search NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF INSURANCE COMMISSIONERS 10
