POWERSCHOOL Used for: State Reporting, attendance, report cards, gradebook, student information, syncs with Paylocity, URL is az.basisedsis.com/admin OR az.basisedsis.com/teachers On-Site Technology Coordinator Central Office ESCALATE Issues: log-in, password reset, unlock account Issues: everything else!

  4. POWERSCHOOL ISSUES: LOG-IN First time users should log-in using with the username firstlast and the password is abc.

  5. POWERSCHOOL ISSUES: HOW TO RE-SET A PASSWORD 1. Technology Coordinator should log-in to admin account and select staff/faculty member. 2. Click Security Settings on the left. 3. Determine if you are unlocking an admin account or a teacher account and select the tab accordingly.

  6. POWERSCHOOL ISSUES: HOW TO RE-SET A PASSWORD Make sure sign in to PowerTeacher is checked. Type in abc for teacher password. Make sure their school is listed. 4. Click submit . 1. 2. 1. 2. 3. 3. 4.

  7. GRADEBOOK Used for: grades for teachers and administrators, desktop app or open from PowerTeacher On-Site Technology Coordinator Central Office ESCALATE Issues: everything else! Issues: opening Gradebook

  8. GRADEBOOK ISSUES: OPENING First time users (or users with new computers) will need to download the installer in order to get access to the Gradebook.

  9. SHAREPOINT Used for: document sharing, role resources, log in for first time users is first.last and computer password, sync with Paylocity and the Active Directory On-Site Technology Coordinator Central Office ESCALATE Issues: other permissions Issues: site-level permissions

  10. SHAREPOINT ISSUES: PERMISSIONS SharePoint permissions are based on roles in Active Directory 1. Check to see if person is added under role 2. Check to see if role is added under staff 3. Check to see if role is added under school HOPS is Page Owner and grants all site-level (school) permissions Page Owners for all other sites need to approve access

  11. BELA Used for: syllabus creation, scheduling, URL is belasm.com, syncs with Paylocity On-Site Technology Coordinator Central Office ESCALATE Issues: course creation, teacher assignments, schedule Issues: log-in

  12. BELA ISSUES: LOG-IN First time users should log-in using their email as their username. They will click forgot your password .

  13. GRADECAM Used for: grading, pre-comp and comp exams, benchmark exams, URL is gradecam.com On-Site Technology Coordinator Central Office ESCALATE Issues: linking accounts, missing classes, students Issues: log-in

  14. GRADECAM ISSUES: LOG-IN At the beginning of the school year, each GradeCam user received an email invite to link their old account (@basispeoria.org) to their new account (@basised.com). If they need a new invite, the Curriculum Coordinator should send them one with instructions on how to proceed.
