Chromebook Status 1500 New Chromebooks have been deployed 793 Spares (loaner stock) 80 in Repair Repair process improvement (loaner process) Discussions with ITSavvy Repair lead times have improved, but not where we need them to be Improvements in shipping process Hand Book Agreement New Process - there is a need to re-sign School Administration provided with access to responses Inventory Accuracy is CRITICAL
Changes in Chromebook Procedure Students will retain assigned Chromebooks New deployments in 3rd, 6th, and 9th Grades Mobile Hotspots are available Accountability in accordance with CASD School Board Policy regarding Financial Obligations (Board Policy 224) Device(s) T.I.F.
