Quick Overview of the Ethics Program During the calendar year 2020, we Answered 3,811 Ethics Hotline calls; Provided 65 CLE presentations; Wrote or revised 7 Wisconsin Ethics Opinions; and Authored 4 articles for Wisconsin Lawyer and InsideTrack, and 12 Ethical Dilemmas Columns for InsideTrack. We also support the Ethics Committee as its Liaisons, draft petitions for rule changes, and help with special projects.

Special Projects Task Force on Wisconsin Lawyer Well-Being Regulatory Subcommittee There are many components to the Task Force on Wisconsin Lawyer Well-Being. One of those components is the regulatory subcommittee. Serving on the subcommittee and drafting proposed rule changes has been part of Ethics Counsel s contribution to working for the well-being of Wisconsin lawyers.
