A presentation highlighting The Family Connect Website, a valuable resource for adopted individuals and adult care leavers. Launched in April 2020, it offers free online services, separate pathways for post-care adults and adopted adults, and a variety of resources such as legislative frameworks, access guides, Q&A sections, useful organizations, and personal experiences. FCW The Future From November 2020 to August 21 8,315 visitors The partnership between Family Action, UCL MIRRA and CLA has been hugely productive and now: We want to build on the resources provided by FCW Add Information for professionals/researchers Include more information for Post Care Adults and Adopted Adults Create information relevant for young people in care Build a database to help post care adults and adopted people locate where records may be held But we need funding and resources to do this!!
