Under this Charter, we commit to: 1. Raise awareness amongst us and train our managers and colleagues who are involved in recruitment, training and career management with regards to issues of non-discrimination and diversity. 2. Respect and promote the application of the non-discrimination principle in all its forms and in all stages of human resource management, including hiring, training, promotion and professional advancement of colleagues. 3. Seek to reflect on the diversity of French society and especially its cultural and ethnic diversity within our workforce, regardless of work qualifications. 4. Communicate about commitment to non-discrimination and diversity to all of our employees and inform them about the practical results of this commitment. 5. Support the development and implementation of the diversity policy as a topic of meaningful dialogue with staff representatives. 6.
