In keeping with its mission, the institution supports research and scholarly activities directed towards the creation, integration, application, and transmission of knowledge, which must be reflected in their programs of study. 2. The Application affirms the allocation of funding for research and scholarly activity in line with the requirements stated in Stipulation 4.2 (a minimum of 5% of total operational budget for undergraduate institutions and additional allocation for institutions offering graduate programs), will be inclusive of the proposed program. B.
