  4. THE ANGEL OF ANZIO MARY WILSON "How could I possibly leave them. I was a part of them."

  5. The Power of a Name: JOHN 18:4 Jesus therefore, knowing all things that should come upon him, went forth, and said unto them, Whom seek ye? 5 They answered him, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus saith unto them, I am he. And Judas also, which betrayed him, stood with them. 6 As soon then as he had said unto them, I am he, they went backward, and fell to the ground.

  6. LUKE 7:19-22 And John calling unto him two of his disciples sent them to Jesus, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another? 20 When the men were come unto him, they said, John Baptist hath sent us unto thee, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another? 21 And in that same hour he cured many of their infirmities and plagues, and of evil spirits; and unto many that were blind he gave sight 22 Then Jesus answering said unto them, Go your way, and tell John what things ye have seen and heard; how that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, to the poor the gospel is preached.

  7. IDENTIFICATION64-0216 17 If you go to a certain denominational church, like a Methodist, Presbyterian you have to have something to identify yourself if you're going to speak. You have to have a credential, or fellowship card, something to identify yourself as where they know where you come from and what you're going to say at that platform. You have to be identified. And it's identifying age. 18 We also, the Christian Church Itself, which is of no denomination, but of a Nature. It is the mystical Body of Christ, and It's identified, also. It bears identifications. Jesus identified Himself.

  8. IMAGES.OF.CHRIST 18 (Beard)... We don't necessarily have to be that to reflect His physical image; but we must, in our souls, reflect His Spirit imageand His manner of life I believe it's a reflection of Jesus Christ in a human being. For we are the members of His Body. And we bear His image... Now, what kind of an image was He? He came not to be some great somebody, yet He was, but He came as a servant. He came, not to be ministered to, but to minister. 59-0525

  9. CHURCH.AND.ITS.CONDITION 56-0805 97 you've got to be led by the Spirit of God. And the only way to be led by the Spirit of God is keep gentle, not to know a whole lot. 98 Oh, you think, "I know a whole lot." Yeah, you get your brain all worked up and it can't even work itself. You know all the books, and all the answers, and all the Greek and all the Hebrew, till it ain't got no place for the Dove to roost. But you know it all; then the Dove can't lead, 'cause you know too much.

  10. 64-1212 THE.HARVEST.TIME 123 God, after Adam had fell continued, in His creation, to try to find a man who would live every Word, live the Word for his age. He is infinite and omnipresent Because, that's the way He predestinates, by foreknowledge, not because He desired that this person should be saved and this one lost. But He knew who would be lost and who would be saved. Therefore, by His foreknowledge, He can predestinate. He makes everything work to His glory. That's what His attributes are doing, displaying to His glory.

  11. "Not him that willeth or him that runneth, but God that showeth mercy." 125 "No man can come to Me, except my Father draws him. And all that the Father hath," past tense, "will come to Me, to the Word." How can they come unless they were foreordained to come? "As many as received Him, to them give He the power to become sons of God..."cause their names were on the Book, He come to redeem what was on the Book.

  12. THE.HARVEST.TIME 127 It was at the meeting the other night, that song, "I wonder if John saw me when he saw all the nations gathered. Did he see me?" Sure, he did, if your name was on that Book. John's name was on it, too, and he wept because there was nobody that could touch It. And then one of the elders come and said, "Weep not, John..." 129 And John was looking around to find a lion Then he saw a bloody Lamb come out and took the Book out of the right hand of Him, and called everything what was on that Book. It's the complete Book of redemption. And this is It!

  13. The Book of Redemption, He redeemed all was in that Book, not out of the Book. Anything that had a beginning has an end. But if you've got Eternal Life, you never did begin and you cannot end, because you're sons and daughters of God, attributes of His thoughts and His Word. You have no ending of Life, if your name is on that Book. The Lamb come to redeem It. Not all that profess "Christians" not all that try to live good and holy; but those whose names were written on there, He redeemed that, and that alone, whose names were on the Book. 64-1212

  14. PSALM 22:1 To the chief Musician upon Aijeleth Shahar, A Psalm of David. My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring? The Way We Are 10/3/2021 15

  15. PSALM 22:1 To the chief Musician upon Aijeleth Shahar, A Psalm of David. My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring? The Way We Are 10/3/2021 16

  16. CHRIST.IS.THE.MYSTERY 63-0728 17-4 the entire Bible is the revelation of God's mystery in Christ. The entire Bible is an expression of one goal that God had, one purpose He wanted to achieve in the entire Bible, and all the acts of the believers in the Bible has been in type and expressing what God's great goal is. And now in this last day He has revealed it and shows it. And God's help, we'll see it right here this morning: what the Lord has had in His mind all along and has expressed it.

  17. HOSEA 1:2 (Example) And the LORD said to Hosea, Go, take unto thee a wife of whore- doms and children of whoredoms: for the land hath committed great whoredom, departing from the LORD. 3 So he went and took Gomer the daughter of Diblaim; which conceived, and bare him a son. 4 And the LORD said unto him, Call his name Jezreel; for yet a little while, and I will avenge the blood of Jezreel upon the house of Jehu, and will cause to cease the kingdom of the house of Israel. 5 And it shall come to pass at that day, that I will break the bow of Israel in the valley of Jezreel. 6 And she conceived again, and bare a daughter. And God said unto him, Call her name Loruhamah: for I will no more have mercy upon the house of Israel; but I will utterly take them away. 7 But I will have mercy upon the house of Judah, and will save them by the LORD their God, and will not save them by bow, nor by sword, nor by battle, by horses, nor by horsemen.

  18. 63-0728 CHRIST.IS.THE.MYSTERY (Example) 47 I said, "Look, Bro. Vayle. David, one day, after being throwed from the throne by his own son, mutiny, Israel divided, and David took off the throne by his own son, and was going out of the city, weeping. And a guy that didn't like his last-day message; he didn't care for him; little old fellow, kind of crippled up, going along there, making fun of him, and he spit on David. And that guard drew that sword, said, 'I'll let the head of that dog stay on him, that spit on my king?' David said, 'Let him alone. The Lord told him to do that.'

  19. MATTHEW 3:13 (Example) Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him. 4 But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me? 15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him. 16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him 17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

  20. CHRIST.IS.THE.MYSTERY 63-0728 In the beginning the very thought God had in His mind, He hid from all those scholars. Just a selected predestinated number, a people was the only ones heard it. And search the Scripture down through the age of the prophets Jesus referring them to the prophets and the Psalms, He said they all spoke of Him. And these Jewish teachers, rabbis, doctors of the law, professors did exactly like they had done before. 19-2 He said, "Search the Scriptures Me." The entire Scriptures. What am I trying to do? To show you that this Bible is the thing that's right.

  21. CHRIST.IS.THE.MYSTERY 63-0728 18-4 Now, He was saying that all the Psalms and prophets spoke of Him that shows that all of the Old Testament, all of the New Testament, and all of the Psalms, the singing, the songs that were sung, were sung of Him. (Ps. 22) "My God, my God, why has Thou forsaken me? All My bones, they stare at Me. They pierced My feet and My hands." Them singing that Psalm down there in the temple and crucifying the very One... See, those great religious leaders, those great men, those great teachers (and yet so blinded) that was reading the prophets and was singing the songs, and doing the crime that they said they would do. The same thing is taking place this morning.

  22. MATTHEW 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Jesus vested certain powers to the church that could be operated under controls. Binding and loosing are two extremes, of that power. Once God invests that power and we have the responsibility to use that power rightly. But even if we don t we still have a measure of power:

  23. ANGEL.AND.THE.COMMISSION 50-0821 10 Moses went down there and smote the Rock. He got anger. He lost control of himself. He got all worked up, and excited, because the people... And smote the rock again, and it didn't bring its water. But he smote it again. Now, he was a Divine prophet sent from the Presence of God, borned in this world to be a prophet, a vindicated prophet, the Pillar of Fire followed him. And God had entrusted him with that power 11 But here, the only place that I can see in the Bible where the program of God was ever broke, any all the types, was right there when Moses smote the rock the second time to bring out the water. Regardless, if it wasn't God's will...

  24. We know it wasn't God's will. We'll admit that, don't we. But Moses had power to bring it whether it was God's will or not. Is that true? We know it was against God's will. But God had entrusted His servant with that power. When he smote the rock, and it didn't bring forth its water; showed it wasn't God's will. And he smote it again; he called for it. It had to come. He was endowed with that power; he brought forth water. It was against God's will. And God dealt with Moses later about that.

  25. KEY: (Gr.) kleis Since the keeper of the keys has the power to open and to shut, the word "kleis" is figuratively used in the NT to denote power and authority of various kinds. LUKE 11:52Woe unto you, lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge: ye entered not in yourselves, and them that were entering in ye hindered. REVELATION 1:18I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

  26. CHURCH.CHOOSING.LAW.FOR.GRACE 61-0316 59 You cannot break the types and shadows of God. That's what Israel done in the natural. That's what they've done in the spiritual. We realize that those things happened to Israel. Now, they've happened to the church today just as they did then. We're about the end of the road now, brethren. It's time that something happened. I want to cross Jordan over into the promised land... We've seen good things. God's been good to us; we're not complaining. I'm out here with you. But, brethren, let's put ourselves together and go over. We must go over.

  27. GOD.HAS.A.PROVIDED.LAMB 64-0620E 58 One day while studying his a strategy for the attack upon Jericho looking the gates all over, and how great it was. They could run chariot races on top... He looked standing over against the wall, and there stood a Man with His sword drawed. Joshua drew his sword and went to meet Him. Joshua screamed out, said, 'Are You with us or are You one of our enemies?' He said, 'Nay, I'm the Captain of the host of the Lord.' The mighty Joshua throwed his sword on the ground, and took off his helmet and fell at His feet." 60 Blind Bartimaeus thinking, "That wasn't five hundred yards from where I'm sitting right now, where the mighty host of the Lord, the Captain of the host, and Joshua bowed at His feet. Oh, if I'd only been there in them tents, blind then, I'd have asked the mighty Captain of the Lord's host if He'd give me my sight, and He would done it." Little did he know that that same Captain was less than a hundred yards from him. That's what we make our failures tonight. We try to place all the glory and Christ way back in another age. The Bible said He's the same yesterday, today, and forever. He's just as much here

  28. MARK 16:19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. 20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. ACTS 2:47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved. ACTS 10:20 Arise therefore, and get thee down, and go with them, doubting nothing: for I have sent them. ACTS 11:21 And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number believed, and turned unto the Lord. ACTS 14:27 And when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all that God had done with them, and how he had opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles.

  29. The great Joshua, the Holy Ghost that received the promise from God, that come down to lead us, He's never doubted it. Joshua never doubted it; he was God's general. That's exactly right; he was God's general. And he was the one who led the children. And it's the same Holy Spirit, God's General, the Chief Captain that stood at the gates of Jericho when Joshua come up. The same Chief Captain, our General, wants to lead us into the promised land, and He's the only one can do it. Our organizations will not do it: THUS SAITH THE LORD.

  30. E-60 Let me reach out and get the Oneness brethren. Let me reach out and get the Church of God. Let me reach out and get all these other brethren, whoever they are, and say, "Brethren, let's leave this mountain." Come on Assemblies of God, come on Church of God, come on you Oneness, Twoness, and whatever you might be, let's put our hearts together; the days of fighting's over. Let's march towards Canaan. "On Jordan's stormy banks I stand (tonight by faith), and cast a wishful eye, to Canaan's fair and happy lands, where my possessions lie. Oh, who will come and go with me? I'm bound for this promised land." If it takes everything that's in my life... of everything else, I'm bound for the promised land.

  31. GREAT.WARRIOR.JOSHUA 55-0119 12 And so when he seen this Man It was the Captain, other words, the Leader of the host of Israel. And that leader was none other than Christ Himself. And first seen in a Pillar of Fire Joshua, alone by himself, seen that Pillar of Fire that had led them as an Angel, here He stood and called Himself the Captain of the host. And He is still the Captain of the host of the Lord, the unseen One, the invisible One, the omnipotent One, here tonight just as real as He was standing there against the walls of Jericho, the same Lord Jesus: a figurative type of course. No matter what the Church faces, no matter what rages against her, no matter what battles we face, the Captain of your salvation stands at the ready to lead and direct!

  32. HEBREWS 10:35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. 36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. 37 For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. 38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if [any man] draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. 39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

  33. INDICTMENT.THE 63-0707M 61-4 Now, take us, Lord; mold us. Lord, take me with them. I want to go with them. I'm going up to Calvary now, Lord, by faith. I'm going with this congregation. Now, just mold me over, Lord. I've did wrong recently, I was going to just quit preaching. The people wouldn't hear me. They just kept on doing the same thing, and I got discouraged. I built a complex. O God, a couple Sundays ago when You give me that sign out there, and reading the Bible and see You told Moses, just as that dream was, that there was a mountain too that would be a sign to him. And then right at the end of it to know that I'd left a lot of sick people, a ministry not only in the prophetic, but in teaching the Word and for praying for the sick. You let a man drop dead right here on the floor, then brought him back to life for confirmation that it was true. You always confirm Your Word.

  34. RESTORATION.OF.BRIDE.TREE 62-0422 2-8 And many times we hit little strains, and I know you do too, and little disappointments. But think of them I have, the disappointments I have, when sick mothers on the phone saying, "Well, wait just a minute, Brother Branham. Lord Jesus, I pray that You'll send him." And just hung up the phone from another one, and here, and here, and here, and all around the world. You know how it is. And that's not easy when somebody on the end of the phone with a sick baby, or a sick husband, or a dying wife, a-praying for you to come. Now, you could imagine; no wonder I'm a neurotic. As this--it's enough to make one. But I have done this one thing: instead of getting a complex, I've tried to hold steady by keeping my eyes on Calvary and moving on, just as He would have me to do. And many of my mistakes... I pray that God will forgive me of things, that maybe I should have went one place and didn't go. I'm just human and subject to mistakes.

  35. Moulding Character by the Word: God does not call us to a life, He calls for a life. It is in you by virtue of the nature placed in that seed that is His.

  36. Henri Barbusse (1874-1935) tells of a conversation overheard in a trench full of wounded men during WWI. One of the men knew he only had minutes to live says to one of the other man, "Listen, Dominic, you've led a very bad life. Everywhere you are wanted by the police. But there are no convictions against me. My name is clear, so, take my wallet, take my papers, my identity, my good name, my life, and hand me your papers that I may carry all your crimes away with me in death."
