The Gospel is the Centrepiece of Our Faith
I Corinthians 15:2 By this gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain
I Corinthians 15:3 For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures
I Corinthians 15:4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.
This Gospel is of First Importance in Our Lives
The Gospel Doesnt Depend On Us to Believe It as Truth
The Gospel Gives Us Everything We Need to Live the Life God Planned For Us
2 Peter 1:3 His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.
What is The Gospel? Gospel means Good News
John 14:6 I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
2 Corinthians 5:17 If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
2 Corinthians 5:18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation
2 Corinthians 5:19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people s sins against them
2 Corinthians 5:20 We are therefore Christ s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ s behalf: Be reconciled to God.
2 Corinthians 5:21 God made him who had no sin to be sinfor us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
Romans 3:22 We are made right with God s sight when we trust in Jesus Christ to take away our sins. And we can be saved in this same way, no matter who we are or what we have done.

Romans 3:24 Yet God, in his grace, freely makes us right in his sight. He did this through Christ Jesus when he freed us from the penalty for our sins.
Ephesians 2:8 For by grace you have been saved by faith. Nothing you did could ever earn this salvation, for it was the love gift from God that brought us to Christ!
Ephesians 2:9 So no one will ever be able to boast, for salvation is never a reward for good works or human striving.

What Should We Do With This Gospel?
Matthew 6:33 Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.
