The lifecycle of a Global Rotary Grant Draft Authorization Submitted Approved Completion Rotary Club and District leaders review the application and authorize funding The grant s planners submit the application to The Rotary Foundation If the grant is approved, the Foundation issues payment Members carry out the project, reporting to the Foundation annually until the work or studies are finished and the grant is closed members plan a project or scholarship and build their grant application online The Rotary Foundation: Service above Self to the People of District 1100 and the World

The lifecycle of a District Rotary Grant Draft Authorization Submitted Approved Completion Rotary District Grants Committee review the application and authorize funding on an annual basis circa June/July The District Rotary Foundation Chair having gained agreement from the District Grants Committee submits the Distract Grant application to The Rotary Foundation If the grant is approved, the Foundation issues payment and the District Rotary Foundation Chair issues the payments to Clubs who have made successful bids Members carry out the project, reporting to District Rotary Foundation Chair who reports completion to The Rotary Foundation members plan a project and build their grant application online and gain Club agreement The Rotary Foundation: Service above Self to the People of District 1100 and the World

The Rotary Foundation (TRF) District Designated Grant Application 2019-20 This Application Form must be associated with a completed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and confirmed attendance at a District Grants Seminar.
