The Whizz Quiz Friday 26thMay 2023 St. Pius X Friday Quiz 3rdand 4thClasses
The Whizz Quiz Hi boys, Welcome to your final Whizz Quiz of this school year! Today, your teacher will add up your best four scores from the term and give you a score out of 100! I will add this to your scores from the first two terms to find your total score for the year. The three highest scorers from each class will win a prize! Wahoo! Try your best to answer the questions correctly but, more importantly, have fun! So, here we go with more challenging questions, tricky teasers and puzzling pics! Enjoy! Mr. R amonn
The Whizz Quiz Rules There are 13 questionsin each quiz -the first is a warm-up and worth one point, the other 12 are worth 2 points each. That s a maximum of 25 points! Your best 4 scores from the 5 quizzes will count. So, if you miss one Friday quiz, you can still win. The maximum total score is 100 points!
If you get an answer almost right or half right, your teacher will award you one point instead of two. For example, suppose the question is: Name two Irish rivers and you write Shannon and Nile. Shannon is right, but Nile is not. You would earn one point! Don t worry too much about spelling. If your answer is right, you ll get the points so long as your spelling is close enough . unless, of course, it s a spelling question!
Enjoy the quiz and hopefully you will learn a few things from it too! When the quiz is finished, all of the questions will be shown on the last page to allow you to do a quick check. Good Luck! No whispering! Here we go
