Providing guidance, training, technical assistance, and advocacy for homeless education in Texas, THEO supports LEAs, ESCs, and community providers for compliance and service provision. Ongoing efforts include monthly check-ins, data reporting, and addressing the needs of homeless students to ensure their success.
