What is Therapy? Therapy is when you talk to a psychologist about your feelings, thoughts and actions The psychologist will: 1. help you talk about feelings you have that are very strong or causing you difficulties 2. help you to understand your feelings, thoughts and actions 3. work with you to find new ways to cope with these strong feelings.
What is Therapy? You might meet the psychologist on your own to talk about these feelings You might go to a group with other people who have the same feelings as you
