Project Planning Starting a council Critical roles Putting it in action
Project Planning Structure How we can achieve it. What we are trying to achieve. Objectives and Requirements Possibilities and Best Alternatives Objectives. Objectives are aspirations or desired outcomes the things we want or need. The more important the objective, the more incentive we have to maintain effort. Uncovering objectives is critical as objectives are often the underpinning of any well-established Strategy. Possibilities. There are many options or possibilities for getting something done. The possibilities can be completely different solutions or different components of similar solutions. This is where things like collaborative brainstorming, idea generation, and creativity come into play. The right possibilities will drive value. Requirements. Requirements are the box you re currently expected to play in. These are the guidelines that shape our design. When we uncover the reasons behind the requirements, we can then know whether we can or can t accomplish our strategy. Alternatives. Alternatives are critical for understanding the concept of a Minimal Viable Product (MVP). If you can t easily get what you put in place done, your position could be limited. Alternatives strengthen your position that is formed by objectives and requirements. Together, possibilities and alternatives represent how our strategy can help us reach your objectives and satisfy our requirements. Together, objectives plus requirements form the what what we re trying to get done in objectives and what we need to get done in requirements in order to move our strategy forward.

Recruiting Considerations DIVERSITY Our diversity is an outward expression of our desire to see people from all backgrounds come into our churches. We are all one in Christ. Martin Luther King Jr. once said that Sunday morning was the most segregated time of the week. In learning the distinctions of different cultures, contexts and people, we are able to act like Jesus. We are able to be people of service. REDUNDANCY The inclusion of extra components which are not strictly necessary to functioning, in case of failure in other components.
Communication Actions Do everything in a spirit of Love. Kairos is a ministry of sacrifice. It is so critical to listen, listen love, love. Set your own agenda aside.
