Engage participatory governance at each college Protect official policy text in SharePoint by allowing editing only by Vice Chancellors offices Allow policy input from college council and constituency groups BP and AR Districtwide Review Tracking Use Microsoft Flows to automate review progress SharePoint data tracks policy review progress Vice Chancellors Leads have a single version of the reviewed policy, to prepare any changes for Chancellor s Cabinet approval Build a Tracking Dashboard from SharePoint data, for a quick snapshot of policy review status across all college groups.

Step 2. Constituency Groups review Constituency Groups complete the Input Table
College Council reviews any Constituency Group input Step 3. College Council Review and carries forward any comments they decide are relevant for policy consideration Then the council fills out their input table
