  6. SDG Indicator Framework SDG indicators should be disaggregated where relevant byincome, sex, age, race, ethnicity, migratory status, disability and geographic location, or other characteristics, in accordance with the Fundamental Principles of Official Statistics. Disaggregation PSSC-11

  7. SDG Indicator Framework 1. A list of indicators that were reviewed and discussed at the second meeting of the IAEG-SDGs, held in Bangkok from 26-28 October 2015. Following a consultation among IAEG members, all proposals were assigned a colour code as follows: GREEN: Indicators for which there is general agreement (or small modifications proposed), based on the fact that less than 25% of respondents have strong concerns/expressed need to discuss on priority basis; no strong opposing views by members; furthermore, some of these indicators are already well established; YELLOW: Indicators where there are some unresolved issues or different alternative proposals, which could be resolved during the meeting; GREY: Indicators where it appears that more in-depth discussion is still needed and/or methodological development needs to be undertaken. 2. At the conclusion of the meeting, 159 indicators had been classified as Green. 3. Those indicators that are classified as Green are tentatively agreed upon by the IAEG members, subject to the modifications and comments. The IAEG-SDGs is currently working on developing a work plan to discuss and agree upon those indicators that are currently classified as Grey. PSSC-11

SDG Indicator Framework The agreed workplan is as follows: 29 Oct. 25 Nov. 2015: Consultation for IAEG Members on green indicators 1 Dec. 15 Feb. 2016 : Work on grey indicators based on workplan agreed by IAEG Members for inclusion in background documents for Statistical Commission 29 Oct. 20 Nov. 2015: Work stream on disaggregation: Preparation chapeau and identification of targets where particular population groups are mentioned proposals for disaggregation of current indicators. 30 Nov. 7 Dec. 2015 : Draft Report circulated to IAEG Members 7 Dec. 16 Dec. 2015: Report for Statistical Commission is finalised for submission 8 December 2015: Update indicators related to climate change based on outcome of COP 21/Paris mid-January 2016: meeting of the High Level Group where the IAEG-SDG co-chairs will participate March 2016: 3rd meeting of the IAEG-SDGs Workplan for Finalization of Indicators PSSC-11
