Traditional Water Purification Techniques
Traditional water treatment methods used in rural communities worldwide involve filtration through winnowing sieve, cloth, clay vessels, plant materials, and Jempeng stone. Each method targets visible impurities but may not be suitable for turbid water. Despite limitations, these techniques have been valuable for water purification in various regions.
