  3. Shelburne cabin projects List of projects for next years work activities at the lodge are 1. Demo & shingle the last remaining slope on the cabin. 2. Clear beech trees from behind cabin. 3. Build tool shed off woodshed (under the overhang in the back.) 4. Install new replacement wood stove & cook stove in main cabin. 5. Remove remainder of propane lanterns, & lines out from Bob Proudman s cabin. 6. Demo & reconstruct benches around fire ring. Notes: We should have more LED lights installed inside both cabins. We need to arrange for more propane at cabin. We need to repair the newly installed water line by the cabin.

  7. Status of Hutton Lodge Archives

  8. Status of Hutton Lodge Archives cont. John & Dylan propose a motion to create the honorary membership of the TCA to Peter Quesada. An official letterhead thanking him for all his assistance with the storage of the TCA benches, & now the Hutton Lodge archives. We think he deserves all the benefits any TCA member has earned. A ball cap, & a poster.. & anything else we have to offer.

Acknowledgements We have the pleasure of thanking -Seth Green and Brian Post for their work on our beautiful new website -Craig Whiton and others for their continuing work on signage in the Whites -Those who donated to the Mahoosuc Land Trust Shelburne Riverlands project. This is a great step in developing a relationship with others invested in the land around the cabin. -Lee Burnett for his work on Steps and Scree -Mark Dannenhauer for his ongoing work documenting crew activities -The crew members who cleaned and worked on the cabin this fall.
