Grampian Mental Health and Learning Disability Portfolio The portfolio provides vision and oversight for MHLD services and transformation activity across Grampian, arranged as a programme plan and associated projects. There is a Portfolio Board and a programme team who support the development and delivery of the programme of work. The programme aims to transform the ways in which community and inpatient/specialist mental health and learning disability services are delivered to meet the needs of the population and to ensure there are a range or tiers of support levels which people can access. This work is whole system and seeks to ensure the development of safe, sustainable and person centred services. Changes to Programme Plan Review of Strategic Framework Strategic Framework Portfolio Board Programme Plan Emerging needs New Projects Projects Involvement and engagement of stakeholders in all these processes

Use of Resources Use of Resources Strategic review of funding allocations via Recovery and Renewal including prioritisation Establishment of the Psychological Therapies Improvement Board and CAMHs workstreams (aligned to significant outcome improvement and funded areas) Workforce reviews LD Sustainability and Nursing Modernisation Bed base (Inpatient and Community) alignment to Flow and redesign of service models and pathways
