  6. Three 405c grants funded in FY24 Grants ended on June 30, 2024 Two grants are through IDPH 1. Trauma Registry $100,000 2. Data Linkage $172,697 changed to 402 funded for FY24. 405C GRANT UPDATES - FY24 One grant is through SOS 1. Data Lake $1,005,544

  7. Two 405c grants funded in FY25 Grants began July 1, 2024 Two grants are through IDPH 405C GRANT UPDATES - FY25 Trauma Registry Data Linkage No local agencies applied for FY25 local agency traffic records grants

FFY26 Local Agency grant Notice of Funding Opportunities Posted First Week of January 2025 (Anticipated) 405C GRANT UPDATES - UPCOMING APPLICATION PERIODS Traffic Records Funding Opportunity will be available for local agencies Goal is to receive at least one application from a local agency FY27 State Agency grant Notice of Funding Opportunities Early- mid-spring 2025 (Anticipated) Traffic Records Coordinator will work to seek out agencies and stakeholders to benefit from grants

Currently this position is vacant Looking to fill position as soon as possible Position Objectives: TRAFFIC RECORDS COORDINATOR - VACANT To enhance data quality and access To implement performance measures across the board To improve all areas as identified by NHTSA and TRCC To continuously evolve the TRCC to meet the needs and requirements NHTSA Trends Laws/Policies To work cohesively with all State agencies and stakeholders to improve and increase TRCC involvement

  11. TRAFFIC RECORDS STRATEGIC PLAN (TRSP) TRSP is multi-year and submitted with the Annual Grant Application (AGA) 2025 TRSP Annual Update was approved in the July TRCC Technical Committee Meeting and submitted with 2025 AGA in August

TRCC Technical Committee roster updated quarterly (per calendar year) Submitted to Secretary of IDOT Calendar Year 2025 Technical Committee meeting dates posted ADDITIONAL UPDATES Dates available on website Email DOT.TRCC@illinois.gov for access Hybrid in-person and Webex Continuing to work towards resolving latest STRAP Assessment and audit findings

TRCC Guidelines and Procedures Document to supplement the charter and MOU ADDITIONAL UPDATES Includes necessary language to hold TRCC accountable and assist with rectifying previous STRAP and audit findings May be referred to as a manual but officially classified as a guideline document MOU and Charter are being circulated for signatures and once signed the Guidelines document will be posted
